Returns are accepted when goods are faulty or damaged.

Shipping is usually by parcel carrier Company for larger items, and second class postage for smaller items. But this is not contractual and we reserve the right to use whatever shipping agent is best.

Returns of product are accepted, the customer must communicate with us before sending items.

When the return item is received it will trigger the dispatch of the replacement item.
